Dizzy with a dame is a sensual collection inspired by the 20’s
flapper girl’s wardrobe yet retains an attitude of classy and
sophisticate femininity. The fun, yet serious personality reflects a modern young professional costumer with her contemporary lifestyle.
Classic detail dresses with drawn thread work, a traditional handy craft technique, is balanced by a modern technology such as laser cut; adding a contemporary edge to her wardrobe. A modern use of polyester satin that compliments the laser cutting technique is softened by luxurious silk georgette and washed satin chiffon. Playful use of the fabric deconstruction technique is reinforced by the combined texture of plisse adding to a fresh and softer touch of delicacy.
